Phazelia's Kauni Vest

Isn't this just gorgeous?

I am the moderator of Knitting Turkey group on ravelry-the online knit and crochet community, and, since couple of days I'm admiring one of our member's work: Phazelia is a very talented knitter. Unfortunately she doesn't have a blog where you an see her work, but she does have a flick account where her wonderful knitted art can be admired. I asked her permission to post here some of her projects.

Hi~

I just wanted to stop by and say THANK YOU for the coffee. We got it Yesterday. And on a perfect day to drink coffee...it was very cold here with a little snow fell. I love the coffee, even my husband liked it. Thanks!!!

Hello - those are indeed beautiful patterns. They inspire me to try knitting with more colors! I am a knitter living in Istanbul, wishing I had more free time to knit and other people to knit with. I tried joining your Istanbul knitters community on ravelry.com, but there is a waiting list to join the site. Hopefully soon! best wishes - Rebecca

I love that vest - I sent a message to the knitter on Ravelry (all because of your posting on here) hoping she has the chart for me to "borrow" and adapt to a men's vest... I'm trying to find a good pattern for my first kauni piece - fair isle, vest... it's perfect!!!

thank you! :)
